Requirements
- Fluent in written and spoken English (C1 level or higher)
- At least 3+ years of demonstrable experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the US and EU markets
- Skilled in identifying target audiences and leading cross-channel marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate
- Strong technical skills with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Tag Manager, Ads, and Search Console
- Extensive experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads
Responsibilities
- Craft and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to attract and retain clients, focusing on lead generation and nurturing
- Lead and manage the marketing team, which includes a Marketing Specialist, SEO Specialist, Content Writers, and an Outreach Specialist
- Plan, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms including Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Quora, etc
- Design and deploy effective SEO and SEA strategies to boost online visibility and search rankings
- Utilize B2B listing platforms such as Capterra, G2, GetApp, Software Advice, etc., to acquire and engage users
- Collaborate with the content team to create valuable and engaging content that resonates with our target audience
- Set up and manage analytics across multiple channels to track key marketing and product metrics
- Plan and execute communication campaigns through various media, including our website, newsletters, social media, and PR
- Develop and implement email marketing strategies, including technical letters, content newsletters, and marketing communications
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in marketing for outsourcing or outstaffing companies
