Requirements

• 3+ years of digital marketing experience (agency or in-house)
• Proven ability to manage and report on marketing campaigns
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Hands-on experience with marketing tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Ads, SEO tools
• Self-driven and highly organized; comfortable working autonomously
• Availability to overlap at least 4 hours with [PST / EST] timezone

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels (social, email, paid media, SEO)
• Lead social media strategy and content calendar
• Manage the creation and distribution of engaging content (blogs, case studies, newsletters)
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports
• Work closely with Sales and Product teams to align messaging and offers
• Optimize marketing automation and CRM tools
• Research market trends and competitor activities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with U.S.-based companies
• Knowledge of HR, payroll, or SaaS industries
