Summary

Join Pulley, a fast-growing company with over 400 customers and top-tier investors, as their Marketing Manager for Crypto offerings. This role focuses on developing and executing Pulley's go-to-market (GTM) strategy for crypto products. You will lead marketing initiatives, connect with customers to drive growth, and shape the future of Pulley's crypto products. The ideal candidate is a marketing generalist with deep Web3 experience and a passion for launching a world-class token distribution platform. This is a remote-first position with a San Francisco office and competitive benefits.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with 2+ years of experience in the Crypto space
  • Ability to balance strategic vision and operational excellence, from setting high-level team strategy to getting in the weeds planning launches and doing competitive research
  • Core competencies in positioning, messaging, launch management, and partner marketing
  • Understanding of channel, content, and comms strategy
  • Experience in developing a social media or community strategy
  • Ability to think multi-channel
  • Experience writing short-form and long-form content
  • Comfort using AI to get something started and move quickly
  • Experience developing marketing strategies and tactics that put the customer first, while hitting growth goals at the same time
  • Ability to set both short-term goals and long-term goals that are used for prioritization and focused on impact

Responsibilities

  • Gain a deep understanding of our crypto customers and product offerings, develop our positioning and messaging, and communicate about the product and its benefits to our audience
  • Create compelling messaging and content tailored to crypto audiences
  • Develop deep understanding of crypto market trends, customer needs, and competitor landscape
  • Collaborate with product teams to inform the roadmap based on Crypto market and customer insights
  • Develop, lead, and execute on successful product launches and ongoing marketing campaigns
  • Develop assets to support the GTM teams including sales enablement materials such as decks, one-pagers, case studies, solution briefs, and new product newsletters, etc
  • Be the voice of the customer and trusted advisor as to how current and future clients’ needs inform product messaging, brand differentiation, marketing content, and collateral
  • Work cross-functionally with product, sales, design, communications, support, etc
  • Build relationships with key crypto influencers and media outlets
  • Lead crypto audience engagement across social media channels
