Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a track record of success engaging technical enterprise customers
  • Creative vision paired with hands-on proficiency in design tools including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva
  • Proven ability to own campaigns end-to-endβ€”from strategic concept to compelling design to performance measurement
  • Talent for translating technical complexity into clear, engaging messaging for developers and enterprise buyers
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Self-directed work ethic balanced with enthusiasm for collaboration in a nimble, fast-moving team environment
  • Readiness to represent Replicated at industry events several times yearly, managing our brand presence hands-on

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead core marketing programs across content, email, web, and paid channels that drive measurable business results
  • Craft compelling messaging and collateral that resonates with both technical and enterprise buyers
  • Design and produce high-impact marketing assets including landing pages, presentations, product visuals, and social graphics
  • Drive product launches with integrated campaigns, web updates, and strategic go-to-market content
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with founders, product teams, and sales to align on campaigns, positioning, and brand strategy
  • Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations
  • Manage and enhance our website presence (experience with Webflow is a plus)
  • Create and oversee booth content for conferences and industry events, including occasional travel for in-person execution
  • Test & Champion new formats, tools (including AI), and growth strategies to expand our reach and conversion

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B SaaS marketing at a developer tools, AI/ML, or infrastructure company
  • Hands-on technical experience (whether through past roles, personal projects, or education)
  • Experience managing or updating websites in Webflow (or similar tools)
  • Some familiarity with HTML/CSS or no-code tooling
  • You can share any work (professional or personal) that illustrates your marketing experience, such as writing samples or visual work
  • Get fully onboarded with our product, audience, and current messaging
  • Audit our existing marketing channels, assets, and brand presence
  • Begin producing light design assets (e.g. social graphics, presentation decks)
  • Collaborate on upcoming product launch plans or in-progress initiatives
  • Take ownership of at least one marketing channel or campaign from strategy through execution
  • Create or improve core assets β€” e.g. one-pagers, landing pages, event materials
  • Ship updates to the marketing website, either independently or in collaboration with a designer/dev
  • Finalize booth design and content for your first live event
  • Run a complete marketing campaign end-to-end and report on performance
  • Partner with product and sales to improve technical messaging and collateral
  • Represent the company at a conference, overseeing booth setup and materials
  • Propose a 3–6 month roadmap for content, growth, or brand β€” and start executing on it
