Sword Health is looking for an exceptional candidate with at least 5 years of brand-side or agency-side experience to join their marketing team as a Marketing Manager for Thrive. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing integrated B2C marketing campaigns, managing end-to-end campaign execution, creating and updating marketing content, maintaining the marketing calendar, and collaborating cross-functionally. Requirements

  • 5+ years of brand-side or agency-side experience
  • Brand, Product and/or Integrated Marketing experience
  • Creative eye, bonus if design background
  • Self-motivated with a strong bias to action
  • Extremely proactive, and adaptable to a fluid environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated B2C marketing campaigns across email, direct mail, digital, webinars and organic social
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including campaign strategy and platform development to briefing and execution
  • Create and update Thrive’s marketing content and assets, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and consistency across marketing touchpoints
  • Maintain Thrive’s marketing calendar, including key campaigns and product GTMs
  • Build and maintain centralized marketing asset repository, including user testimonials, imagery and copy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless marketing program execution across the central marketing and marketing ops teams
