Marketing Operations Analyst

Summary

Join our team as a curious Marketing Operations Analyst with strong analytical background to conduct research, input, analyze and interpret data for key stakeholders to make strategic planning decisions.

Requirements

• 3 + years of professional experience under your belt in an analytics or related function
• Robust experience using Microsoft Excel and any statistical data packages for data analysis
• Basic experience with PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
• Great communicator with strong writing skills
• Analytically savvy. You’re able to understand complex information and communicate it clearly and concisely to others
• Consider yourself curious and up for a challenge. You’re eager to do the best work of your life with a great excitement to learn
• Call yourself a problem solver. When you detect a problem, you dive deeper and deeper until you have a solution
• Service-oriented. You’re quick to respond to your teams’ needs, willingly providing comprehensive solutions

Responsibilities

• Data analysis: Identify sources, analyze and visualize data to uncover market needs, product adoption, program effectiveness and other insights
• Documentation: Design process documentation for historical and improvement purposes
• Reporting: Create and maintain metrics reports
• Audience Segmentation: Assist in customer segmentation, new product positioning and commercialization
• System management: Assist in pricing operations initiatives within Salesforce

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business management, economics, marketing, or computer science
• Experience entering and reporting on Salesforce data
