Summary

Join Raintree as a Revenue Operations Analyst in our Business Operations team. This remote position involves special projects, collaboration with stakeholders, process and technology solution implementation, and day-to-day operational support. Ideal candidates should have strong interpersonal communication skills, business acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to manage and prioritize various projects.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related field
  • 3-5 years revenue operations, business analysis, or systems administration experience in a high-growth environment, SaaS preferable
  • Working knowledge of sales, customer experience, and marketing processes and related data
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM required
  • Familiarity with one or more of the following (or similar) tools: Outreach, Pardot, Hubspot, Gong, Gainsight, RightAnswers, Chilipiper, Jira, etc
  • Advanced MS Excel skills a plus
  • Excellent verbal & written interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience working with multiple cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, Client Success, Support, Professional Services, and Finance, to understand business needs and challenges
  • Act as subject matter expert on Raintree processes, data, and systems, and hold ownership of resolving business and technical inquiries from other Rainees on these topics
  • Lead and manage business optimization and system enhancement projects from the Revenue Operations roadmap end-to-end in line with Raintree’s go-to-market approach and data-driven insights
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather and thoroughly document business requirements for projects
  • Collaborate with the business systems / internal tools team to design, test, implement, and optimize best-in-class technical solutions to meet business needs
  • Create and deliver training to business users on new and updated processes and tools as needed
  • Proactively audit processes, systems, and data to ensure a high level of quality and effectiveness throughout the function
  • Find proof points for what’s working and what needs to change while having fun!
  • Serve as a business admin for select internal tools, providing user education and support to internal teams as needed, including technical enhancements
  • Creation and maintenance of sales, marketing, and revenue-related reporting and dashboards in the CRM and/or BI platform
  • Creation and delivering compelling, data-driven presentations
  • Other duties as assigned
