Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or a similar relevant field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, content production, or similar roles
- Experience deploying content across email and social platforms (i.e. Newsletters, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Familiarity with project management tools (i.e. Notion, Asana, Monday)
- Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to maintain tone, quality, and consistency
- Experience repurposing content across channels with attention to brand tone and visuals
- Comfort working with content calendars, scheduling tools, and basic analytics platforms
- Demonstrated ability to analyze content performance and derive actionable insights
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other email/social marketing platforms
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on campaign planning and strategy to support brand growth and lead generation
- Co-own the deployment of newsletters, social posts, and campaigns across channels
- Repurpose existing content (i.e. Videos, blogs, member content) into social and email assets
- Maintain brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across platforms
- Support and execute marketing tied to the membership experience, including the Founders List
- Coordinate content scheduling and deployment across channels, including social media and email
- Track and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics; share insights to guide content strategy
- Support partnership marketing efforts, including B Corp collaborations and seasonal campaigns
- Engage with community across comments and DMs, reflecting the brandβs tone and values
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and support internal campaign needs
- Use community feedback and engagement insights to shape future storytelling and campaign ideas
- Coordinate logistics for events, harvest trips, and community experiences
- Support partner communication and follow-ups, ensuring a thoughtful and tactful tone
- Track and follow up on priorities and timelines using project management tools
- Maintain shared files and documentation, and support campaign organization for internal projects, including light budget and resource tracking
- Recommend process improvements to streamline marketing execution and team collaboration
- Provide some additional administrative support as needs evolve
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in small, fast-moving teams or purpose-driven brands is a plus
- Proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software
