You will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams, Galaxy Digital, and external partners. This involves coordinating cross-functional initiatives, acting as a liaison, monitoring workflows, preparing reports, assisting the COO with daily tasks, and identifying process improvements. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in operations or project management, preferably within technology-driven, financial services environments
- Proven ability to support executive priorities and manage cross-functional teams effectively
- Strong understanding of operations, including software development lifecycles and product management processes
- Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including internal teams, parent companies, and external partners
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a high-growth environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports, presentations, and facilitate meetings
- Bachelorβs degree in business, operations, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across technology, product, client services, finance, compliance, legal, and marketing teams to align on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
- Act as a liaison between our internal team, parent company Galaxy Digital, and external partners, facilitating communication, resolving operational bottlenecks, and ensuring alignment on shared goals
- Monitor operational workflows, track key performance metrics, and prepare reports or dashboards to provide insights on efficiency, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Assist our COO with daily tasks, including meeting preparation, agenda setting, and action item follow-ups to ensure efficient executive operations
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations, reduce redundancies, and enhance cross-team collaboration in a dynamic environment
- Handle ad-hoc projects, such as vendor management, resource allocation, and event coordination, to maintain momentum across all operational areas
- Contribute to risk management by flagging potential issues early and assisting in the development of contingency plans
- Foster a culture of operational excellence by organizing knowledge-sharing resources and feedback loops
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a technology startup or product-focused company
- Prior exposure to software development methodologies like Agile or Scrum
- Strong data analysis skills, including experience with tools like Excel, Tableau, or Google Analytics for operational reporting
