Summary

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in CRM or Marketing Operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
• Experience & Proficiency in Adobe Marketo
• Proven experience in designing and optimizing campaign management processes
• Proficiency with CRM systems
• Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Design and implement effective campaign management processes
• Utilize analytical tools and metrics to track and measure the success of marketing campaigns
• Analyze customer lifecycles and contribute to strategies that enhance conversion rates
• Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize campaigns at each stage of the customer journey
• Review existing workflows and processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
• Engage closely with marketing teams to understand campaign requirements, provide analytical insights, and contribute to the successful execution of campaigns

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with working on the data requests from marketing teams and/or direct hands on marketing experience
• Experience with multi-touch attribution analytics
• Familiarity with Bizible (Adobe Measure)
