Summary
Join Twilio as a Marketing Operations Specialist to build global marketing campaigns. This role, reporting to the Manager, Marketing Campaign Operations, will be the operational backbone of campaign initiatives. Responsibilities include building, testing, and executing marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, leveraging project management software, collaborating with marketing teams, assisting internal teams with campaign-related questions, and providing campaign analysis and recommendations. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2+ years of experience in campaign operations or project management are required. Strong marketing automation competency is also essential. Desired qualifications include excellent communication skills and relevant certifications. The position is based in Canada (Alberta, British Columbia, or Ontario) with occasional travel.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in campaign operations, marketing operations, or project management
- Experience building campaign assets and programs from inception to completion (e.g., emails, landing pages/forms, list imports, webinars)
- Strong competency in marketing automation (Marketo preferred, but other systems include Hubspot, Eloqua, Pardot)
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Build, test, and execute marketing campaigns with precision across multiple platforms
- Leverage project management software to track and document campaign request updates
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams to ensure campaign alignment and consistency
- Assist internal teams with campaign-related questions and issues in real time
- Provide campaign analysis and recommendations for campaign optimization
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Relevant certifications such as Marketo Certified Expert
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Airtable, Asana)
