Remote Marketing & Social Media Intern

Summary

Join our team as a Marketing & Social Media Intern and contribute to our social media strategy, primarily on TikTok and Instagram. This semester-long internship will involve conducting competitor research, creating short-form video templates, converting full-format videos to Reels and TikToks, and assisting with graphic design tasks.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of TikTok and Instagram Reels best practices, trends, and algorithms
• Ability to follow brand guidelines to create cohesive video content
• Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and CapCut
• Bonus: Comfortable being on camera
• Proficiency with graphic design tools like Photoshop and/or InDesign
• Understanding and embrace of Mutual of Omaha Mortgage's brand and voice
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong work ethic, collaborative spirit, and ability to manage and organize multiple projects independently
• Familiarity with platforms like Vimeo, YouTube, and various social media platforms
