Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Successful cases of social media strategy creation and implementation in the portfolio
• Extensive knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitter and LinkedIn
• Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and the ability to craft engaging visual and written content
• Proficiency in English to craft content that resonates with an international audience (US)
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics)

Responsibilities

• Create and implement a cohesive social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, Linkedln, Facebook, and TikTok, tailored to the interior design niche
• Plan and produce high-quality, visually compelling content, including posts, stories, reels, and pins
• Actively engage with the online community by responding to comments, DMs, and inquiries and promptly forwarding relevant leads to the sales department
• Monitor social media performance using analytics tools to measure reach, engagement, and conversion metrics
• Optimize strategies and content based on data insights to improve performance and achieve goals
• Coordinate with designers and marketing teams to ensure alignment with brand identity and overall business goals
