Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in marketing roles (agency or in-house), with exposure to the Chinese market
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Google Suite/MS Office; familiarity with local analytics tools is a plus
- Basic understanding of China’s digital ecosystem, social media platforms, and cultural trends
- Basic knowledge of China’s advertising regulations and media landscape
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within a fast-paced global organization
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to challenges
Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of marketing activations and partnerships in China, ensuring cultural relevance and alignment with brand values
- Assist in adapting global marketing strategies to local market needs, including adjustments for consumer behavior, digital platforms (e.g., WeChat, Weibo, Bilibili, Douyin, Heybox, Rednote), and regulatory considerations
- Work as the main point of contact for various CD PROJEKT RED departments, such as brand, creative, legal, PR, community, and production team in all CN marketing-related projects
- Be responsible for account management of key business partners, for example, distributors, marketing & media agencies, media outlets or local content creators
- Monitor regional trends, competitor activities, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization
- Provide actionable insights and reporting to senior team members to refine strategies and tactics
- Assist in coordinating approvals, budgets, and timelines for regional projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Interest or experience in gaming, entertainment, or tech industries
- Exposure to partnership management or influencer collaborations in China
