Requirements

• Advanced English Level
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or a related role
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
• Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Set up, test, and deploy email marketing campaigns using our marketing automation platform
• Develop and maintain automated marketing campaigns, lead scoring models, and nurture programs
• Ensure all marketing tools and technologies are integrated properly for enhanced conversation rates
• Ensure seamless integration and alignment between CRM and marketing automation platforms
• Maintain data integrity within the CRM and marketing automation platforms, managing contact lists, and segmenting data for targeted marketing activities
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
• Analyze marketing metrics to help shape future marketing strategies
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Apply insights from research to refine digital marketing strategies and marketing automation tactics
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to provide insights and recommendations
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
• Perform administrative duties as needed
