Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in operations support, digital marketing, or project coordination
• Proven expertise in Canva design and creating professional visuals
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and project management software
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Assist the COO with managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and organizing team calendars
• Create visually engaging content and designs using Canva for presentations, reports, and marketing materials
• Support digital marketing initiatives, including managing social media posts, email campaigns, and online advertisements
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities
• Analyze marketing and operational data to provide actionable insights for improvement
• Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Manage and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and progress updates to ensure smooth operations
• Collaborate with team members across departments to support operational and marketing objectives

Preferred Qualifications
