Summary

The job description is for a GoHighLevel Marketing Specialist who will manage marketing automation, streamline internal operations, and optimize campaign performance. The role requires 3+ years of experience in marketing operations with proven success, proficiency in APIs, Zapier, Calendly automations, and GoHighLevel, excellent communication skills, strong analytical skills, and demonstrated longevity in previous roles. Additional skills such as LMS experience, specifically Kartra, are beneficial. The role is fully remote.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a proven track record of success
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using APIs, Zapier, Calendly automations, and GoHighLevel for automation and streamlining of internal processes
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance in Facebook/Instagram ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and identify areas for improvement
• Longevity: Demonstrated longevity in previous roles is a must, with at least 2+ years at a company. Job hoppers will not be considered

Responsibilities

• Marketing Automation Management: Manage marketing automation flows in GoHighLevel, ensuring database accuracy and analyzing campaign performance
• Operational Efficiency: Maintain efficient marketing operational processes and resolve any bottlenecks
• Automation and Streamlining: Set up new automations and integrations through Zapier to streamline internal operations
• Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze campaign performance and provide insights to optimize marketing strategies
• Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless operations and effective communication

Preferred Qualifications

Additional Skills: Experience with LMS is advantageous, specifically Kartra
