Requirements

  • Past work experience in marketing coordinator roles is a plus
  • Proven experience in SEO, SEM, and Email Marketing roles
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and tools (Google Analytics)
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Mailchimp
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in English (C1 or C2)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Meta Ads campaign strategies
  • Create and schedule advertising campaigns utilizing various marketing channels and techniques
  • Implement marketing strategies by analyzing previous and existing campaigns
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the company’s brand strategy
  • Prepare monthly marketing reports tracking ROI (Return-On-Investment)
  • Inform the management staff about ongoing marketing campaigns and initiatives on a weekly basis
  • Create and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
  • Implement retargeting strategies for both Google and Meta platforms
  • Update the company's social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube)
  • Research and monitor competitors' marketing strategies
  • Monitor the marketing budget and expenses
  • Collaborate with the CEO and Advertising team
  • Maintain the company's website and publish relevant blog posts as necessary
  • Assist in the occasional drafting of press releases
  • Manage the company's public relations, including contacting journalists through press releases and community outreach
  • Categorize and collect existing media featuring the company and its employees
  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page optimization strategies
  • Monitor website performance using analytics tools
  • Collaborate with content creators to integrate SEO best practices
  • Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns for engagement and conversions, utilizing Mailchimp
  • Design and create compelling email templates
