Marketing Specialist

Summary

Join Zelh, a rapidly growing outsourcing company, as a Marketing Specialist on our Logistics Client team. You will design and implement marketing strategies to boost brand recognition and generate leads. Collaborate with Sales and Operations to develop messaging for various channels, including email, social media, paid advertising, and blog content. Experience with specific tools is preferred but not required, and training will be provided. This remote position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Content role
• Hands-on experience with email marketing tools (especially Constant Contact )
• Strong writing skills for blog and article creation
• Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing and outreach
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads and PPC campaign management
• Comfortable learning new tools (e.g., Apollo.io )
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns using Constant Contact
• Support lead generation strategies (training provided on Apollo.io )
• Write, edit, and publish compelling blog content and Final Mile logistics articles
• Manage and grow Pillow Logistics’ presence on LinkedIn
• Create and manage PPC campaigns and Google Ads , including reporting and performance analysis
• Assist in posting ads across platforms to drive traffic and conversions
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business goals
• Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator for targeted outreach (experience preferred, not required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Background in B2B or logistics/transportation industries
• Graphic design or Canva skills for content visuals
