Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns focused on influencer partnerships and sponsorships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to help develop marketing assets (e.g., social content, emails, presentations) and ensure consistency across channels
  • Help coordinate marketing activities across various channels, working with stakeholders to support campaign success
  • Track campaign progress, report on key performance indicators (KPIs), and help analyze data to ensure alignment with strategic goals
  • Assist the Marketing Operations team with reporting requirements, including setting up basic dashboards and tracking performance metrics
  • Support the management of relationships with external sponsors, influencers, and industry thought leaders, maintaining clear communication
  • Work closely with the Content, Design, and Digital teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns
  • Assist with the logistics and production of webinars and virtual events, using platforms such as ON24 or Zoom
  • Help maintain marketing calendars, track project timelines, and ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule
  • Provide support for internal communications around program and campaign launches, including sharing updates and results with stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing campaign support or execution, with exposure to influencer partnerships and sponsorships
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and experience working with reports and campaign tracking
  • Experience using webinar platforms such as ON24, Zoom, or similar tools
