Summary
Join Liatrio's small-but-mighty marketing team as a hands-on Marketing Director. You will elevate the Liatrio brand, execute integrated marketing campaigns, and build industry recognition. This role requires a problem solver who can translate highly-technical work into brand recognition, working with engineers and stakeholders. You will set strategy, create and execute content across various channels, including social media, PR, and events. The position reports to the CRO and involves collaboration with multiple teams. Requirements
- Be skilled in multiple marketing domains
- Possess out-of-the-box thinking, creativity, and collaboration skills
- Demonstrate strong skills with tools/MarTech, especially Adobe Creative Suite, CRM (Hubspot a plus), and Figma (a plus)
- Possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate effective planning, organizing, researching, and communication skills
- Be very familiar with Google Workspace tools (especially Google Slides)
- Have a portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns/projects
- Be eligible to work in the United States or Canada without sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Leverage industry knowledge of marketing tactics and strategy, PR, direct marketing/events, communications, and branding to drive demand generation and conversions
- Develop and own campaigns/initiatives end-to-end that align and enhance our current GTM, brand, and marketing strategy
- Be accountable for setting and achieving metrics, MQLs & SQLs, analyze data, and effectively use evidence to understand the market and influence stakeholders
- Own and drive brand building, digital marketing, lead generation, and social media
- Drive innovations and collaborate on product marketing, content creation, and processes
- Create promotional and collateral materials (both internal and external), including website content, presentation materials, social media, briefs, and email
- Ensure that all copy is optimized for SEO across website, blog content, and social media; utilize best practices to maximize reach and performance
- Work cross-functionally with leadership, back-office teams, and client-facing consultants & engineers
- Provide recommendations for and own relationships with external vendors, tools, and services

Benefits

- Base salary: $170,000-200,000
- Travel availability: we divide our time between working remotely, attending industry events, company events, and visiting our client sites located throughout the U.S. We anticipate this role will travel 4-8 times a year
