Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation
• At least 1 year of people management experience
• Proven track record of growing and managing social media accounts across multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
• Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, with a keen eye for visuals
• Experience with paid social media advertising and campaign optimization
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly
• Knowledge of SEO, influencer marketing, and brand storytelling
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across multiple brands and topics, ensuring alignment with company goals
• Oversee the posting schedule, ensuring consistent and engaging content across various platforms
• Lead influencer marketing and community engagement initiatives, from identification to collaboration and performance tracking
• Supervise the production, research, and execution of social media initiatives, making strategic decisions to optimize campaign performance
• Share insightful and comprehensive reports on social media campaign performance across topic teams and other departments
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and insights, integrating them into ongoing and future social media strategies
• Ensure transparent and effective communication by regularly sharing updates on social media initiatives, trends, and results with relevant teams
• Provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns and improve overall social media effectiveness
• Promote a culture of knowledge-sharing within the team, encouraging the exchange of best practices, successful tactics, and lessons learned
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure social media goals align with overall company objectives
• Act as a liaison between the social media team and other departments to ensure seamless communication and cooperation
• Integrate social media strategies into broader marketing and business strategies
