Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing strategy, digital marketing, or customer experience roles, with a strong focus on personalization
  • Proven track record of designing and executing end-to-end personalization initiatives across multiple channels
  • Experience working with personalization tools and platforms, such as Adobe Experience Manager, HubSpot, or similar
  • Deep expertise in customer segmentation, journey mapping, and digital marketing channels (email, web, social, paid media)
  • Strong understanding of data analytics and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Proficiency in creating frameworks and playbooks to guide marketing and operational teams
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Experience with advanced analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics, Power BI)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the ideation, development, and implementation of advanced personalization use cases across digital marketing channels, including email, web, social, and paid media
  • Define strategies for delivering hyper-personalized customer experiences that align with business goals and customer needs
  • Map and structure customer journeys to optimize engagement, retention, and conversion
  • Develop frameworks to create seamless, multi-channel experiences tailored to specific audience segments
  • Build a comprehensive personalization playbook that includes the “what,” “who,” “how,” and “measurement” for personalization initiatives
  • Document best practices, workflows, tools, and processes for personalization campaigns and customer journey orchestration
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, data analytics, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and execution of personalization efforts
  • Partner with data teams to leverage customer insights, behavioral data, and analytics to inform strategies
  • Define success metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of personalization efforts
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously refine strategies, optimize campaigns, and improve customer outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with machine learning and AI-driven personalization techniques
  • Knowledge of privacy regulations and ethical considerations in data-driven marketing
