Summary
Join Blue Acorn iCi, an Infosys company, as a Marketing Strategist! Lead and drive personalization use cases across multiple channels, primarily focusing on Adobe Experience Cloud. You will ideate, structure, and execute tailored customer journeys. Create a comprehensive personalization playbook to guide the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage data insights to optimize strategies. This role requires 7+ years of experience in marketing strategy and personalization, expertise in various digital marketing channels, and strong analytical skills. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional communication and leadership skills.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in marketing strategy, digital marketing, or customer experience roles, with a strong focus on personalization
- Proven track record of designing and executing end-to-end personalization initiatives across multiple channels
- Experience working with personalization tools and platforms, such as Adobe Experience Manager, HubSpot, or similar
- Deep expertise in customer segmentation, journey mapping, and digital marketing channels (email, web, social, paid media)
- Strong understanding of data analytics and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
- Proficiency in creating frameworks and playbooks to guide marketing and operational teams
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Experience with advanced analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics, Power BI)
Responsibilities
- Lead the ideation, development, and implementation of advanced personalization use cases across digital marketing channels, including email, web, social, and paid media
- Define strategies for delivering hyper-personalized customer experiences that align with business goals and customer needs
- Map and structure customer journeys to optimize engagement, retention, and conversion
- Develop frameworks to create seamless, multi-channel experiences tailored to specific audience segments
- Build a comprehensive personalization playbook that includes the “what,” “who,” “how,” and “measurement” for personalization initiatives
- Document best practices, workflows, tools, and processes for personalization campaigns and customer journey orchestration
- Collaborate with marketing, product, data analytics, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and execution of personalization efforts
- Partner with data teams to leverage customer insights, behavioral data, and analytics to inform strategies
- Define success metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of personalization efforts
- Use data-driven insights to continuously refine strategies, optimize campaigns, and improve customer outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with machine learning and AI-driven personalization techniques
- Knowledge of privacy regulations and ethical considerations in data-driven marketing
