Marketing Team Leader

Summary

Join our client, a leading FinTech company in Dubai with a global reach, as their dedicated Marketing Team Leader. You will be responsible for implementing a complex digital marketing strategy, managing key marketing areas (performance, retention, partnerships), building end-to-end analytics, crafting budgets, and leveraging SEO expertise. This role requires at least 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar role, proven success in social campaigns, expertise in Google Analytics, B2B marketing within fintech and crypto, and fluency in English. Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar role
• Proven success in launching, scaling, and optimizing social campaigns, with a specialty in content marketing and ASO/SEO that drives results
• Expert Google Analytics user
• A sharp eye for compelling ad copy and standout visuals
• Must-have expertise in B2B, with proven experience in fintech and crypto
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Implement a complex strategy for Digital areas
• Control and management of the main marketing areas: Performance (IOS/Android/Web), Retention (Push/Email), Partnership
• Building end-to-end analytics of all channels and data visualization
• Craft plans and master budgets
• SEO expertise
• Exploring market trends, discovering innovative solutions, and testing bold new ideas
• Collaborating with the development team to create clear, detailed technical specs for IT enhancements that bring marketing projects to life
• Collaborating with departments and making a compelling case for prioritization

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with niche and local Ad Systems (Crypto Ad Networks, Teaser Networks, Baidu Ads, Naver Ads)
• Experience with Web and Mobile campaigns
• Experience with Amplitude
• Fluency in Russian is a plus
