Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a closely related quantitative discipline
- Five (5) years of progressive post-bachelor’s experience in the position offered or as a Business Analyst, Business Strategy Consultant, Software Engineer, or closely related position
Responsibilities
- Support marketing technology stack including gap analysis, solution selection, implementation management, and ongoing roadmap optimization
- Work with cross-functional teams through the entire lifecycle of technology from research to implementation
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies
- Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data
- Prepare reports, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in technology project management and the following: Building marketing technology stack including gap analysis, solution selection, implementation management, and ongoing roadmap optimization; Using software delivery lifecycle methodology to manage full product development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, detailing the user stories, designing the process flows/ use cases, defining metrics, monitoring development and bug fixes; Utilizing analytics to help inform multi-touch attribution models; Utilizing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and A/B testing models to improve campaign metrics and achieve higher form conversions; Performing audience segmentation to implement segmentation and personalization for better targeted ads; Utilizing expertise in Iterable, Segment, Hubspot, Bynder, and Neustar; Utilizing documentation and organizational skills to assist in digital asset catalog management; Creating detailed project plans with an Agile methodology in JIRA

- The starting salary for this role is expected to range from $145,000 - $176,000/year on an annualized basis
- We also expect to award a meaningful equity grant for this role. With equal quarterly vesting, your first vest date would be within the first 3 months of your start date
