The Revenue Technology Analyst will own, manage, improve, and implement sales, marketing, and customer success applications and tools used by the GTM teams. They will collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and design solutions that align with their goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales/revenue operations role, managing or administering technology for GTM teams
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce and Hubspot implementation specialist or similar role
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing Salesforce and Hubspot’s suite of tools
  • Experience with Python and SQL
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, collaboration and consultative skills
  • Proficiency at process mapping, design and documentation
  • Knowledge of GTM tech stack. Our stack includes: Salesforce, Hubspot, Mixmax, Dooly, Outreach
  • Ability to identify and solve impactful business problems
  • Strong systems and logical thinking with business acumen

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the trusted technology expert for GTM teams, ensuring seamless integration between platforms and data flow
  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce and Hubspot suite
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to understand their business needs and design solutions that align with their specific goals
  • Translate these business needs into technical processes
  • Configure and customize technology (fields, workflows, automations)
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation and integration of solutions, ensuring a smooth transition from existing tools and processes
  • Conduct thorough testing of implemented solutions to guarantee proper functionality, accuracy, and optimal performance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or bugs that may arise during the implementation
  • Develop comprehensive user training materials and documentation on the designed and implemented solutions
  • Stay current on the latest tech stack features, updates, and best practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce admin certification and experience coding in Lightning
  • Hubspot certification
  • Agile project management skills
