Requirements

• Highly organized with a proven track record of managing multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
• Proficiency in using Google Sheets and Excel for data management and tracking is highly advantageous
• Previous experience in data entry is a plus
• Familiarity with Zapier is advantageous but not essential
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with influencers and team members
• A vibrant and fun personality that resonates well within a team and in client interactions
• Quick learners, proactive, and can think on their feet

Responsibilities

• Actively reach out to and engage with influencers as per the provided list, manage follow-ups diligently, and maintain an updated Excel sheet with all communications
• Coordinate with influencers to ensure timely and accurate content delivery that aligns with client strategies
• Handle outreach tasks for multiple clients simultaneously, adapting strategies to suit varying demographics and maintaining a consistent voice across all channels
• Demonstrated ability to organize tasks efficiently, managing time and resources to meet deadlines and client expectations
