Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in project scheduling or logistics, ideally within the construction or data center industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex schedules and overcoming unforeseen challenges
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in scheduling software and data analysis tools
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain master schedules for raw material delivery for multiple data center projects, considering lead times, material availability, and project milestones
- Analyze project specifications and identify material requirements, proactively forecasting needs and securing timely procurement
- Coordinate with internal teams (Project Management, Procurement, Logistics) to ensure seamless delivery and availability of materials on-site
- Track material deliveries and manage any discrepancies or delays, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as required to prevent bottlenecks and maintain project timelines
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and communication of schedule updates
- Communicate clearly and concisely with both internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and contractors
- Participate in regular project meetings and provide accurate status reports on material management
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus
