Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics
  • Strong data visualization skills using Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel
  • Proficiency in R or Python, and SQL
  • Experience with ETL tools, such as Funnel.io and Fivetran
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Understanding of data science concepts like statistical modeling, experiment design, limits of statistics, and data infrastructure to support data science
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Utilize large amounts of data to identify meaningful performance insights or opportunities for improvement using R, SQL and Python
  • Communicate findings to internal PD stakeholders simply and eloquently, always leading to a β€œso what” and recommended action
  • Stats-based performance forecasting
  • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
  • Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with digital data collection tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics)
  • Experience with ad platform reporting and data systems (3rd party pixels, product catalogs, and server-side tracking)
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Quality, clarity, and accuracy of analysis output
  • Delivery timeliness
  • Quality of internal communication and teamwork
  • A creative, problem-solver mind with a foundation of hard data skills
  • Advanced understanding of statistical concepts: advanced modeling, experiment design, customer analysis, limitations of statistics, etc
