Requirements

• Experience with design of typical building mechanical systems, with an emphasis on HVAC systems but also including plumbing, and fire protection systems
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit
• Minimum one year experience with relevant system design
• Proficient in MS Office
• General working knowledge of relevant building codes

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to develop mechanical designs for various projects
• Solve technical problems related to mechanical systems
• Document engineering specifications and create technical drawings
• Conduct research to stay up to date on the latest developments in mechanical engineering
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met
