Summary
Join Landed as a skilled Meta Media Buyer with a focus on direct response campaigns. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing high-budget campaigns across Meta platforms, managing monthly ad spends of $100,000 or more. Your expertise in scaling campaigns, driving conversions, and delivering exceptional ROI is crucial. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple accounts with complex objectives, ensuring campaigns are executed flawlessly while meeting or exceeding KPIs. Your strong collaboration skills and data-driven mindset will enable you to work seamlessly with creative, technical, and account management teams to align strategies and produce outstanding results. You will be responsible for developing tailored strategies for conversions, retargeting, prospecting, dynamic ads, and awareness campaigns, as well as implementing advanced audience strategies using lookalike models, exclusions, and interest-based targeting. You will also be responsible for allocating 10% of each account's budget for testing new strategies, creatives, and audience segments, experimenting with innovative ad formats, targeting approaches, and messaging angles, and analyzing test results to identify actionable insights and integrate successful strategies into live campaigns.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, optimization, and scaling strategies
- Proficiency in direct response tactics such as lead generation, retargeting, and conversion tracking
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and Meta’s Conversion API
- Proven success managing multiple high-budget accounts with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in developing audience segmentation, creative hooks, and advanced bidding strategies
- Strong collaboration with creative teams to produce high-converting ad assets
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and optimize campaigns accordingly
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
- Analytical mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
- Experience: 3–5 years managing high-budget Meta campaigns
- Strong skills in creative development, including ad copywriting and collaborating on visuals
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics, A/B testing, and performance reporting
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with diverse teams and clients
- A passion for digital advertising, innovation, and staying ahead of industry trends
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage paid media campaigns across Meta platforms with budgets of $100,000+ per account
- Develop tailored strategies for conversions, retargeting, prospecting, dynamic ads, and awareness campaigns
- Implement advanced audience strategies using lookalike models, exclusions, and interest-based targeting
- Utilize Meta’s Conversion API and Pixel for accurate tracking and optimization of performance metrics
- Scale campaigns effectively while ensuring alignment with ROI and KPI goals
- Allocate 10% of each account’s budget for testing new strategies, creatives, and audience segments
- Experiment with innovative ad formats, targeting approaches, and messaging angles
- Analyze test results to identify actionable insights and integrate successful strategies into live campaigns
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-impact ad content, including video ads, carousels, and Instant Experiences
- Provide detailed creative briefs informed by data and performance insights
- Partner with designers and copywriters to develop compelling messaging and visuals tailored to target audiences
- Monitor key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and CPM to inform real-time optimizations
- Conduct A/B testing to refine targeting, messaging, and creative elements
- Deliver detailed reports on campaign performance, including actionable recommendations for improvement
- Present performance updates and post-campaign analyses to internal teams and clients
- Strategically allocate and optimize ad spends across accounts to maximize performance
- Monitor testing budgets and ensure alignment with overall campaign objectives
- Forecast future spending needs based on historical data and trends
- Serve as the primary liaison between account management, creative, and technical teams
- Provide clear updates to stakeholders on campaign progress, challenges, and optimizations
- Partner with clients to align on goals, strategies, and creative direction
- Stay up-to-date with Meta’s algorithm changes, platform updates, and new advertising features
- Explore emerging trends and best practices to keep campaigns innovative and effective
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field (preferred but not required)
- Certifications: Meta Blueprint Certification, Google Analytics 4 Certification (preferred)
