As a fully remote team member, you will be responsible for launching and optimizing Meta ads campaigns, managing budgets, analyzing performance, and collaborating with other teams. This role requires at least 3-4 years of experience in managing Meta Ads campaigns, a proven track record of driving traffic and conversions, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior in English-speaking countries. Requirements

• At least 3-4 years of experience effectively managing and optimising Meta Ads campaigns, preferably in the e-Commerce/ online retail industry
• Proven track record of achievements in driving a substantial traffic and conversions across Meta platforms
• Knowledge of consumer's buying habits in English-speaking countries like the US, UK and Australia
• Advanced proficiency in analytics, interpreting data, and adapting strategies based on data insights
• Demonstrated capability to work independently with fostering collaboration within team-oriented projects
• Internal drive to expand the market knowledge and stay updated on the latest developments in paid advertising

Responsibilities

• Launch and optimise Meta ads campaigns ensuring they align with broader marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
• Manage varied budgets while meeting specified CPA/ROAS targets for distinct product categories
• Utilise analytical tools to produce performance reports and provide recommendations for improvements
• Search for cost-effective ways to reach the defined target audience
• Work closely with content and marketing teams by giving insights and suggestions to shape new campaigns

Preferred Qualifications

• Commercial experience with other ads platforms (Tiktok, Pinterest, etc.)
• Portfolio of case studies showcasing your projects and ads performance
