Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display is a plus), including manual and automated bidding strategies
  • Proficiency with conversion tracking setups, offline conversion imports, UTM structures, and attribution models
  • Proven success managing search campaigns with $10,000/month or higher spend
  • Expertise in scaling campaigns profitably across multiple verticals
  • Strong ad copywriting skills focused on conversion
  • Ability to analyze performance data and make informed optimization decisions
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns at once
  • Strong communication skills to align internal teams and present results clearly
  • 3–5 years of experience running Google Ads search campaigns
  • Strong understanding of landing page optimization and funnel strategies
  • Passion for digital advertising and staying ahead of PPC trends

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads with $10K+ monthly budgets
  • Implement keyword strategies, audience targeting, and bidding optimizations to drive conversions
  • Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate) and make real-time adjustments
  • Develop high-converting ad copy aligned with search intent and funnel stages
  • Conduct A/B testing on ads and landing pages to improve performance
  • Manage budgets across campaigns, ensuring efficient spend and maximum ROI
  • Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
  • Stay updated on Google Ads platform changes, new features, and best practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not required)
  • Google Ads Certification is a major plus
  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
