Media Sales Planner

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
• 2+ years of media planning experience at a U.S. advertising agency or publisher side, focusing on digital
• Knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including programmatic, social, search, and display
• Proficiency in digital ad metrics (CPA, CTR, CPCV) and an understanding of full-funnel campaign strategies
• Familiarity with analytics and planning tools such as Google Analytics, Comscore, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms
• Demonstrated interest in industry trends, new ad formats, and emerging platforms, and identifying opportunities to enhance media planning effectiveness

Responsibilities

• Facilitate internal kick-off meetings to discuss the client’s campaign objectives, metrics, and desired outcomes
• Work cross-functionally to develop tailored media plans aligned with client objectives and campaign KPIs, using a range of ad products and solutions available within the company's suite
• Develop strategic recommendations tailored to clients' target audiences, campaign goals, and budget considerations
