Based remotely in Egypt, you will play a vital role in managing medication logistics, patient onboarding, and clinical workflows across 200+ U.S. Assisted Living Facilities. Collaborate with doctors, pharmacists, and facility staff to ensure smooth patient transitions. This position requires a strong pharmaceutical background and experience in healthcare coordination. You will be responsible for coordinating doctor logistics, facilitating patient enrollment, managing medication histories, ensuring accurate documentation, and serving as a liaison between facilities, physicians, and pharmacies. Requirements
- Strong background in pharmacy, pharmacology, or pharmaceutical services (e.g., PharmD, licensed pharmacy technician, or equivalent)
- 1-2 years of experience in healthcare coordination, pharmacy, or a clinical support role
- Familiarity with EMR systems and clinical documentation practices
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Passion for improving care for elderly populations and supporting clinical outcomes
Responsibilities
- Coordinate doctor logistics and ensure seamless scheduling of patient visits
- Facilitate patient enrollment and accurately admit patients into our EMR system
- Manage medication histories, perform reconciliations, and collaborate with U.S.-based pharmacies
- Ensure all medication data and care plans are precisely documented and consistently updated
- Serve as a liaison between facilities, physicians, and pharmacies to support medication-related communications
- Partner with facility staff to streamline the onboarding and care transition processes
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy and compliance across all patient records
