Medical Director

Summary

The job is for a Medical Director at Accompany Health, a mission-driven healthcare provider offering integrated care to low-income patients with complex needs. The role involves leading a team of APCs, providing clinical supervision, and ensuring comprehensive holistic care for an intimate panel of patients.

Requirements

• M.D., D.O., N.P., or P.A graduate
• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Medicine-Pediatrics required for M.D. or D.O., Board certification in Family, Adult, or Gerontology for A.P.N
• Experience building and leading multi-disciplinary teams, supervising clinical team members, and have held leadership and/or administrative roles in clinical organizations or other innovative care models
• Comfort with working in an electronic medical record
• Unrestricted driver’s license and vehicle for daily use

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an outpatient primary care practice
• 2+ years of experience practicing in a value-based care model
• 2+ years of experience in direct management of APCs or physicians

Benefits

$250,000 - $300,000 a year + bonus + equity + benefits
