Summary

Join Included Health as the Senior Medical Director, Complex Care to provide clinical oversight and people leadership for Care and Case Management, Utilization Management, and Targeted Care Navigation programs. Set a 2-3 year strategic vision, coach and mentor leaders and clinical teams, and seek opportunities for alignment and partnership with clinical peers.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • Quality technical skills and a high level of proficiency with Google Suite
  • Adhere to legal and ethical requirements and company policies and procedures
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to perform job functions independently
  • Entrepreneurial and business mindset
  • Staying up-to-date with continuing education including knowledge of evidence-based psychosocial interventions and psychiatric medications
  • A current unrestricted clinical license

Responsibilities

  • Communicate as the voice of the service line in internal meetings and key external conversations
  • Partner with Product, Care, General Managers, and other stakeholders on key program strategy and design features
  • Partner with the Clinical Quality Team to ensure that QA efforts and operational processes support the delivery of safe, high-quality clinical care
  • Represent products and services in external meetings with prospects and clients
