Summary

Join Noah Medical's Medical Education team as a Medical Education Manager and revolutionize robotic surgery education! This remote position requires at least 50% travel, ideally near a major airport. You will independently facilitate physician training programs on the Galaxy System, collaborating with various internal teams. Responsibilities include teaching robotic technology, leading educational events, partnering with sales training, and managing clinical content development. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, extensive experience in medical devices and education, and the ability to manage various aspects of training programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Clinical or Health Sciences, Healthcare, Business, Sales, Engineering or Education
  • 8+ years in medical device, biotechnical, pharmaceutical or healthcare
  • 5+ years in education manager, clinical education, clinical specialist, training and/or learning & development positions
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Flexibility to work outside of normal 8-5pm EST business hours, including weekends due to conferences and Medical Education team based remotely in different time zones
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S

Responsibilities

  • Teach Galaxy System robotic technology and deliver education on procedure with applications such as CT Scan parameters, use of fluoroscopy and other surgical tools to physicians, staff and internal team members
  • Lead education program events centered around adult-learning principles that are delivered in a LIVE hands-on or virtual learning environment
  • Partner with sales training to develop and conduct clinical education
  • Design, build, and independently project manage clinical content development executed in these education programs
  • Requires confidence in preparing and setting-up cadaveric specimen, or lung models in a training lab environment
  • Lead and own education programs across an internal cross-functional team
