- Qualified MBBS professional
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in phone-based health education, managing medical knowledge banks, and responding to medical queries
- Experienced in co-designing and managing digital platform-based health education campaigns
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Proficient in using various digital platforms and software, including Google Workspace, Freshdesk, WhatsApp, and others
- Experienced in teamwork, supervision, monitoring, and team management
Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive knowledge bank for phone-based health education
- Create standardized, evidence-based responses to address common queries from patients and their family members
- Provide expert medical responses to queries referred by other members of the medical support team
- Serve as the technical liaison between the medical team, phone-based health education team, and health communication team
- Conduct periodic audits and quality checks on medical responses and prepare detailed reports on findings
- Lead capacity-building efforts and supervise the medical support team to enhance their skills and effectiveness
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on the activities of the medical support team to ensure optimal performance
- Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the medical team to support ongoing initiatives
