Requirements

• 2+ years in medical procurement or healthcare purchasing
• Strong knowledge of medical supplies and equipment
• Experience using procurement or inventory systems
• Great with numbers, communication, and problem-solving
• Able to stay on top of things in a fast, highly regulated space

Responsibilities

• Find the best vendors for medical supplies and equipment
• Negotiate prices and terms
• Manage supply levels and predict future demand
• Track orders, handle delays, and fix delivery issues
• Keep everything compliant (think FDA, HIPAA, OSHA)
• Work closely with clinical and admin teams
• Keep records organized in an ERP system (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, etc.)
• Join audits and help plan procurement budgets

Preferred Qualifications

• A degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Healthcare Admin
• A certification like CPM, CPSM, or CSCP
• Experience in hospitals or clinics
