Medicare Enrollment Specialist

Summary

Join CircleLink Health® as a part-time Enrollment Specialist and make a difference in the lives of Medicare patients. You will engage potential clients via phone, guiding them through enrollment in a Chronic Care Management program. This role requires excellent communication and sales experience, particularly with seniors. The position offers a flexible schedule, comprehensive training, and a supportive remote environment. It's a 1099 contract role with a 90-day end date and a competitive hourly rate. Ideal candidates are retired sales professionals with at least 10 years of experience.

Requirements

• Retired sales professional with a minimum of 10 years of sales experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build trust and rapport with clients, particularly seniors
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Proficient in using computers and various software applications
• Patient, empathetic, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to work 15-20 hours per week between 9:30am and 5:30pm EST
• Private space to complete calls
• STRONG internet-connected computer

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients via phone to explain the Chronic Care Management program
• Guide clients through the enrollment process, ensuring all necessary information is completed accurately and timely
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Chronic Care Management program and enrollment procedures
• Build rapport and strong relationships with clients over the phone
