Medicare Sales Agent

Join Clearlink's work-from-home Medicare team as a Licensed Medicare Sales Agent! You'll assist customers in choosing Medicare plans, matching them with optimal products and services while exceeding sales goals. This role demands providing exceptional customer experiences and adhering to CMS guidelines. You'll need an active health insurance license and AEP experience. Requirements

• Must currently hold an active health insurance license
• Minimum of 1 year AEP Experience
• Excellent computer software skills (e.g. Word, Excel, Project and Internet skills)
• Strong communication skills
• High School Diploma required
• Must be flexible in hours you are able to work (possible weekends)
• Must be able to work 50hr/week during the final 2 weeks of AEP

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and revenue by assisting customers in making healthcare decisions over the phone
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and performance goals
• Complete transactional sales through closing
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction, resolve issues, and close business
• Adhere to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Medicare Marketing Guidelines and company policies and procedures
• Other duties and projects will be assigned as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling Medicare Supplement/Medigap is preferred
• Experience selling Individual and/or senior insurance products via the telephone
• BA/BS preferred
• Call center experience preferred
