Summary
Join Clearlink's work-from-home Medicare team as a Licensed Medicare Sales Agent! You'll help customers choose the best Medicare plans, ensuring a positive experience while meeting sales goals. Responsibilities include driving sales, exceeding performance targets, completing sales transactions, and conducting follow-up calls. This role requires an active health insurance license, AEP experience, and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will possess experience selling Medicare Supplement/Medigap and individual/senior insurance products via phone. Uncapped commission provides significant earning potential.
Requirements
- Must currently hold an active health insurance license
- Minimum of 1 year AEP Experience
- Excellent computer software skills (e.g. Word, Excel, Project and Internet skills)
- Strong communication skills
- High School Diploma required
- Must be flexible in hours you are able to work (possible weekends)
- Must be able to work 50hr/week during the final 2 weeks of AEP
- Ability to work from home with access to a private workspace and reliable home internet
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and revenue by assisting customers in making healthcare decisions over the phone
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and performance goals
- Complete transactional sales through closing
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction, resolve issues, and close business
- Adhere to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Medicare Marketing Guidelines and company policies and procedures
- Other duties and projects will be assigned as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling Medicare Supplement/Medigap is preferred
- Experience selling Individual and/or senior insurance products via the telephone
- BA/BS preferred
- Call center experience preferred
