Summary

Join Journey, a leading proactive mental health solution company, as our Member Marketing Manager! You will be responsible for crafting and executing all member-facing marketing efforts, ensuring our messaging inspires and engages our community. This role requires strong writing, editing, and content strategy skills, along with experience in marketing, preferably in health tech or wellness. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and utilize data to improve campaign performance. Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in health tech, wellness, or mission-driven organizations
  • Strong writing, editing, and content strategy skills with a portfolio of member- or consumer-facing materials
  • Proficiency with Canva or similar tools to independently create marketing visuals and collateral
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple campaigns at once
  • Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, startup environment

Responsibilities

  • Own the creation and execution of all member-facing marketing materials, including emails, newsletters, digital assets, and onboarding content
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Growth, and Sales teams to develop clear and impactful messaging
  • Support open enrollment campaigns with clear, engaging communications that drive participation and awareness
  • Design and produce collateral for internal and external events, including flyers, handouts, and digital presentations
  • Develop and maintain a consistent tone, style, and voice that reflects Journeyโ€™s values and mission
  • Use data to evaluate and improve campaign performance, member engagement, and content effectiveness

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting open enrollment or benefits communications is a plus

  • Compensation. The salary range is $80,000 - $90,000 plus bonus and equity. Compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location
