This role involves identifying and analyzing customer needs, working collaboratively with stakeholders, and ensuring successful implementation of Business Central solutions. You will assist in gap analysis, monitor project deliverables, and report on progress. We require extensive Business Central knowledge, 5+ years of consulting experience, and successful project implementations. Proficiency in SQL Server, Power BI, and reporting tools is essential.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• 5+ years’ experience in Business Central Consulting / Support
• Successful completion of at least 5 full project implementations as a team member
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server, Power BI, and Reporting Tools
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Expertise in MS-SQL Server, Power BI, and report customization tools
• Fluency in English
• Strong Service and customer orientation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a global multi-cultural team
• Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and evaluate customer needs while providing product expertise, and defining optimized technical and functional design throughout the implementation project
• Work closely and collaboratively in a team environment with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and integration of Business Central solutions
• Assist in gaps analysis between customer requirements and software capabilities
• Proactively monitor, manage, and report on deliverable execution, ensuring projects are on track and aligned with business objectives

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in another language is an advantage
