Middle Software/Server Engineer in Poland

Summary

As a Software Engineer within LotusFlare's Server Engineering team, you will collaborate with the engineering team and mobile operators to help build network stack for handling millions of users. You should have experience building secure and scalable web services, working with distributed systems, RESTful services, and understanding of network stack and HTTP protocol. Requirements

• 2+ years work experience, including programming experience in Java/ any JVM language / PHP / C++ / Scala/ Lua
• 2+ years of experience building secure scalable web services
• Experience with distributed systems
• Experience with RESTful services
• Good understanding of network stack and HTTP protocol
• Experience with concurrency, multithreading, or asynchronous programming
• Understanding of data modeling in SQL and/or NoSQL environment

Responsibilities

Further developing, securing, and scaling the backend infrastructure to support the platform in order to handle millions of concurrent API calls

Preferred Qualifications

(Any combination of) AWS, Redis, Kafka and Cassandra experience
