Requirements
- 2β5+ years of experience in B2B software sales, ideally in SaaS and supply chain technology environments
- Proven success in new logo hunting as well as renewals, upselling, and expanding client accounts is desirable
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working cross-functionally in complex, matrixed organizations
- Fluency in German and English (native or near-native) (Essential)
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com or equivalent CRM platforms
Responsibilities
- Drive growth by identifying, developing, and closing brand new, upsell and cross-sell opportunities within new and existing mid-market accounts
- Renew with impact: Craft strategic, client-centric renewal proposals that increase annual recurring revenue (ARR) year over year
- Mitigate churn through proactive risk assessment, strategic account planning, and collaborative internal engagement
- Execute with excellence: Lead the full sales cycle from discovery to negotiation, supported by Sales Engineering, Legal, and Customer Success
- Build pipeline: Maintain and grow a robust book of business that supports aggressive quota achievement
- Communicate insights: Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline reporting, and sales performance data via Salesforce CRM
