Summary

Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role managing sales teams (preferably in Mid-Market SaaS)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets individually and as a team leader
- Strong experience in recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing sales talent
- Expertise in sales processes, methodologies, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for inspiring and motivating others
Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets by driving team performance and maintaining a high standard of execution
- Set clear expectations and ensure alignment on quota goals, fostering accountability and commitment across the team
- Recruit, onboard, and retain top-performing Account Executives (AEs) with a passion for delivering value to customers and consistently meeting and/or exceeding their quotas
- Inspire and coach your team to exceed individual and team sales goals
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Drive the adoption of best-in-class sales methodologies, processes, and tools to enhance team productivity and efficiency
- Collaborate with revenue operations, marketing, customer success, and product teams to align sales efforts with broader company objectives
- Set clear performance goals and track progress through detailed metrics and reporting
- Provide regular feedback and actionable insights to improve individual and team performance
- Manage pipeline health and forecast accurately to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Encourage proactive use of customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in marketing and/or product strategies
- Report on team results and insights to leadership, providing transparency and driving data-informed decision-making
- Represent the sales team in cross-functional initiatives and company-wide updates
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with manufacturing or industrial sectors is a plus
