Mission Delivery Manager

Your responsibilities include ensuring customer adoption, working with project managers and stakeholders, and translating mission requirements to drive product enhancements. Requirements

• Extensive military or DoD intelligence background with a strong understanding of intelligence operations and methodologies
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and assess potential threats and risks based on open-source information
• Exceptional written and verbal communications skills with the ability to convey complex ideas and information clearly and concisely
• Top Secret Clearance Required

Responsibilities

• Perform a range of functions to support business development, sales, and service delivery
• Lead prospects, partners, and customers through ongoing engagements and demonstrations, deploying best practices and techniques to derive maximum value from Zignal products and services
• Demonstrate in-depth analysis of publicly available information to derive open source intelligence and insights
• Teach others how to use the ZEN platform and automate the detection of real-time threats, trends, and narratives in support of national security and time sensitive mission requirements
• Drive the sales discovery process with new and existing customers; qualify needs, deliver in-depth demonstrations, devise custom solutions, and support the end-to-end sales and service delivery process
• Ensure prospect and customer adoption of Zignal’s platform through setup and delivery of personalized engagements including proof of concept trials
• Support customer day-to-day to qualify their ongoing requirements for successful engagements and revenue growth
• Work closely with project managers, SMEs, and stakeholders to document standardized procedures and best practices across the organization
• Translate mission requirements and feedback to drive development of product enhancements and cutting-edge development of emerging technologies and AI/ML solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
• Certifications related to OSINT analysis or intelligence operations
• Experience working in a joint or inter-agency environment

Benefits

$130,000 - $150,000 a year
