Summary

The job is for an Immigration Support role at Deel, a global company that helps businesses hire talent worldwide. Requirements

• 1-2 years of immigration experience
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service
• Experience using JIRA, Zendesk, Front, Salesforce
• Attention to detail with swift execution
• Fluent in English. Another language is a plus

Responsibilities

• Communicating with clients/employees via emails or calls and providing immigration support
• Working knowledge of US immigration
• Reviewing documentation, checking quality and accuracy of provided documents
• Offering consistent, industry-leading experience to customers and/or employees
• Engaging with internal stakeholders like Sales and Product to feedback and identify opportunities to improve client experience
• Dealing directly with clients on escalations, complex matters, and high-priority cases in a timely and proactive manner
• Monitoring individual case pipelines to achieve production targets, meet critical deadlines, and increase client satisfaction
• Providing feedback in opportunities for continuous process improvement. Working on special projects, as assigned
